If you can’t get it resized look into getting these. They are a life saver and game changer. My ring ended up being a bit too big and put it on my band. Now I can do anything and everything with no worries of my ring even moving an inch on my finger.
They sell those clear plastic ring size adjusters on Amazon. They are very cheap and make the ring smaller without any destruction to the ring.
I love this for you. I lost mine and found it a year later as well. I thought mine had fallen in the trash while I was cleaning. Mine was too big as well and I took it off then could not find it.

You can get ring resizers on Amazon really cheap. They are super comfortable to wear, just very thin silicon. I use it for my ring in winter and don’t even notice it’s there

If your ring is too big after birth, you can always get a ring keeper necklace. Keep your ring as a pendant and close to your heart when it doesn’t fit your hand 🌻

As others have said, your ring is gorgeous.
There are a few alternatives available to make the ring smaller, ask the jewellery when you have the stone replaced.
I ‚resized‘ my ring temporarily with a little plastic spindle from Amazon, idk what it‘s called but it‘s like a telephone cable for tightening rings that I rolled around the inner hand part of the ring, it worked perfectly!

They make necklaces that you can hang your ring on. It just slips over the pendant portion. That way you can still wear your ring even if it’s too big

Order ring sizers on Amazon. It’s a plastic corkscrew you cut to size that you twist onto the bottom of the ring. Super inexpensive, clear and works great.

Amazon has these inserts that you put inside your ring to size it so you can wear it.
You can buy a ring guard on Amazon that will make it fit. My engagement ring and wedding band are just .25 too big because I lost weight and I bought a little plastic ring guard set on Amazon and now I can wear it!
Such a relief! Mine was lost for years (I also had my wedding band attached to it) and recently found it hidden in an old makeup bag! My husband has upgraded mine since it was lost but I’d like to do something with the original diamonds
