Ring Arrived! Any Opinions? Is the Setting Off Center?
💍✨ Exciting news, everyone! I just received my engagement ring after months of anticipation, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you all! The craftsmanship is stunning, and I’m thrilled to be part of this beautiful community where we can celebrate each other’s love stories.
The Ring: A Closer Look
- Design: My ring features a diamond (or gemstone of choice) set in a delicate halo setting, which adds that extra sparkle.
- Metal: I went for a classic platinum band—good for durability and timelessness.
- Stone: The center stone is a radiant cut, which I fell in love with after comparing several styles.
Initial Reactions
As I was admiring the ring, I couldn’t help but notice something that caught my eye: the setting seems a bit off center. Am I just overanalyzing? Has anyone else experienced this with their rings?

Just wanna say the ring is GORGEOUS.. good taste love it! 🙂
I used my phone and a ruler within the editing app to do 0°, 45, and 90° lines but maybe someone else can do a better job. It looks to me like it may just be the prongs. It is a stunning ring!

No but prongs are too big
Gorgeous but the prongs are way too large. They’re the first thing I notice when looking at the ring.
i wouldn’t be happy with the bow tie or the VERY large prongs. it just doesn’t look like a good diamond or a well made proportional setting. i’m sorry :/
I love this ring and personally love the prongs!
Absolutely gorgeous… unique i like it.
Ok now I see what your saying. Its slightly to much to the right.
This is absolutely stunning and your (soon to be) fiancée will be thrilled. There is no need to delay your proposal to go back to the jeweler. If your fiancée has any concerns after wearing the ring for a few weeks you can address it then. Good luck! Congratulations!
I love the prongs btw. Just need minor adjustment.
Lovely ring, and no need to panic before the proposal if it’s soon, but I would go back to the jeweller as I think the stone is sitting slightly lower into the ring on the top right. This happened to me and was a simple fix!
I would delete the prong at the point of the diamond
It looks beautiful just slight adjustment before proposing 🙂
That central prong is off center. Should be an easy fix. Beautiful ring, though.
Oore is very good about fixing mistakes, I would definitely reach out to them about your options for getting the prongs adjusted!
WOW!!!!! 🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍
Seems symmetrical to me. Looks a little villainy in that box, though! Once you take it out and hold it, just totally gorgeous.
Prongs crooked
I don’t see any issues it’s beautiful.
Looks fantastic to me!
This ring is amazing! The band! Wow!
You want those prongs to stay that size! They are protecting that massive rock at the top spots.
Whoever designed the ring done a wonderful job and can we see a photo of someone wearing it.
